You can’t spell “controversial” without R-O-V-E

I’d like to believe this scenario from Macsmind that Karl Rove will be cleared and instead Matt Cooper will take the hit, but it’s too perfect. Then again, if Rove is guilty, why would he testify before the grand jury without immunity instead of taking the fifth? (Probably because it would be interpreted as a sign of guilt.) Even the estimable Minuteman is baffled and bewildered: “Our crystal ball goes dark.” We’re just going to have to wait and see at this point but it seems highly likely that somebody is going to get indicted.
