Wait until next July when Lance Armstrong is no longer pulling Americans over there to watch the Tour. I boycotted the last 4 Tours but my brother in law went and said that the numbers of Americans this year outweighted the numbers of previous years. I wonder what the effect of Lance's retirement on the french tourism and economy will be in the next couple of years.
