The hottest site in real estate (according to the Boston Globe) – Zillow

Type in your address and they’ll show a satellite image along with an estimate of your home’s worth. Talk about a transparent society: now your neighbors can figure out how much you can expect to get for your house, instantly.

Tried this about a month ago and the accuracy of the data was atrocious for my area of the world. Zillow even wanted me to correct the data for them.

Its probably best that Zillow thinks my house actually has a fireplace.

well, Zillow had the info on my home pretty down pat. Thanks for the site, Viking. I actually enjoyed going through it, especially the market trends for the housing industry in relation to my home.

My neighborhood (and city) does not have any data (30K population in Texas), so I don't think it works well outside metro areas

Not the least bit accurate in Austin, TX. Way underpriced.

No data for Rogers, AR, in the heart of the fastest growing sector of Arkansas. Mapping for rural prop elsewhere grossly inaccurate. What's scary is they'll sooner-or-later get it down. I can deal with the driveby appraisal...but not them givin' away my still.

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.

Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com
