Extra – By the way,
the guesses are all over the map in the Hedgehog Report’s Miers prediction contest from an outlandishly optimistic 96-4 vote in the Senate to “no vote” due to a defeat in the Judiciary committee. For the record, I’m guessing 12-6 in committee and 65-35 in the Senate for confirmation.
