Truth? The Dems evidently (well, most of them, and the ones most prominently displayed by the MSM) really do believe that they are representative of a HUGE majority of Americans. This is why, I think, they keep losing and blaming it on the failure of the the stupid voters to understand the Dem message and/or Repub vote fraud.
Thus, they don't mind acting like this because they believe it's what just about everyone would do and believe in the same circumstances.
Talk about politically tone deaf.
