Running the numbers – Jim Geraghty does the math on the
assumed three-way race in Connecticut this November: “
Feeling my oats, I'm now going to predict that between now and Election Day you're going to see polls showing Lamont up big. And yet, he's doomed.” Based on his analysis, Geraghty calculates that Lieberman would need to capture a little more than 10% of the Republican vote to win re-election, a share he could win “in his sleep.”
