More and more, at every (rare) public appearance, I believe Biden will not be the Democrats' nominee. His brain has turned to mush. Dementia Joe has completely given up on press conferences, he rarely does interviews, and when he's at a public event he can only read off a teleprompter or his prepared text.
Biden took a few "questions" during a "Q&A" with city mayors on Friday.

Your boy Trump relies on a teleprompter at his rallies, yet he can't even read it properly. It's where many of his stupidest riffs and filler come from.
Nothing new. Five years ago, he blamed teleprompter problems after he was mocked for saying that the Continental Army took over the airports in 1775. It was "hard to look at anyway cause it was raining all over it."
And Trump's communication skills and lucidity have gotten notably more addled in the subsequent five years.
