Speaking of states heading towards junk status

Zero Hedge: "After 164 Years, Aetna Is Leaving Connecticut For New York."  Wow.

How bad is the business environment in Connecticut that Aetna is going to New York City and General Electric recently moved to Boston?  Goodbye tax revenue.

Conversely, how much does the one-note rhetoric about "Taxachusetts" or the "Big Apple tax bite" need to be adjusted, to conform with the reality of big business voting with their feet?
