Didn't the Frist-Lott-Stevens-McConnell Republicans threaten the so-called "nuclear option" to combat "the tyranny of the minority"? Didn't this result in the so-called "Gang of 14"? Didn't this farce play out just 3+ years ago? Or did we only dream it?
