In case you missed it, the so-called "wise latina" Justice told a bunch of lies about covid during oral arguments, essentially admitting evidence that was not part of the legal briefs. Then, in the link above, she stated that the federal government should ignore the Tenth Amendment.
I've always thought Sotomayor was a dim bulb and those suspicions were confirmed with her "bake me a cake" argument in Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado. The Constitution is merely an inconvenience for her and her legal arguments consistently seek to scramble the law to meet her social justice ends. I can't wait to read her legal reasoning how the OSHA law can force Americans to take a vaccine.
