So first Biden says "check the National Archives" and the Archives responds that they don't have the personnel records. Now Biden says "check the Senate" and the secretary says he has no discretion. As LI wonders: "Hmmm, did Biden’s lawyers know this when they requested the secretary release his records?"
Good question! Are they complicit or merely inept?
