Looks like it might be
Jim Comey:
Under the law, Comey is required to immediately inform the Department of Justice of any attempt to obstruct justice by any person, even the President of the United States. Failure to do so would result in criminal charges against Comey. (18 USC 4 and 28 USC 1361) He would also, upon sufficient proof, lose his license to practice law.
So which is it: Trump tried to obstruct justice or he didn't? The FBI chief can't file away personal memos to use as bargaining chips to exact revenge when everything goes south.

Can you describe this bargaining process you see happening?
Problem with this theory is that it wasn't necessarily obstruction until he fired Comey. It's the combination of the two that may sink Trump. Also, Trump doesn't have to have be legally guilty of obstruction of justice to be impeached.
That is technically correct, the best kind of correct. Good luck with the impeachment.
Who actually wants this bum impeached? Let him stay in place for two election cycles, like a rotting animal in the GOP's water well.
Comey gave copies of his memo to senior FBI officials and aides back in February.
To keep chasing this legal flight of fancy, you're going to need a bigger cell.
