This is searing satire on the man who singlehandedly introduced boilerplate to politics.
Looks like those clowns in Washington did it again, what a bunch of clowns.
Some people say that I should respond to your comment while those on the other extreme say I should ignore it.
But the prudent thing is to make an additional comment with no particular purpose or details. (See: budget)
The one I feel bad for is poor "freedom." He's gone from being an all-purpose policy statement back to a regular word again.
