Mass shooting in Moscow

Fox News: "Russia investigating shooting, explosions at concert hall as terror attack = At least 40 people have been killed and 100 others injured, Russia’s Federal Security Service said."

Ukrainians?  Chechnyans?  Domestic terrorists?

The murderous attack must have been conducted by ‘woke’ people. I hear they're more likely to be unhappy, anxious and depressed.
