Stop standing

Volokh Conspiracy: "Biden Administration Asks Supreme Court to Lift Injunction Blocking their Massive Loan Forgiveness Program."
Most experts believe the Administration has a much better chance of prevailing on standing than on the merits. That may be why the administration itself has significantly reduced the scope of the program in order to eliminate some potential plaintiffs who might be able to get standing.
The White House is putting all their effort into preventing standing in this case because they know they will fail on the law itself.

The Biden White House has asked for speedy review from a Republican Supreme Court... because they know they're going to lose?

Just like unconstitutional Obamacare?

You act like "standing" is some kind of sleazy loophole, rather than a central pillar of American law. Yes, it's buried all the way down in Article III.

"Historically, lawsuits like these have not seen a great level of success in permanently knocking out entire nationwide programs like Biden’s student debt relief plan."
