The ability of the uncivil and immoral to project everything they know about themselves on to others in order to call them a racist is not the winning policies they think it is. Real humans treat people equally until they show themselves as the uncivil and immoral as any society needs to do. But we don't do that any more. We allow them to lie cheat and steal their way in to office and then ask why everything is going to hell in a hand basket.
