They act like adults

Megan McArdle: "How Grown-Ups deal with 'microaggressions'."

I'm probably in the minority here but I dislike these "anti-bullying" programs they have in schools nowadays.  Yes, I understand there are extreme cases but there's a perverse message to kids that there's always going to be somebody to intervene.  When you get past a certain age, there isn't, and forms of bullying continue in the work place.

And that is when you go to HR. Young people know they have a right to a bully free workplace.
