Any other federal employee found to have discussed high-level, sensitive government business in her personal emails, including possibly classified materials, would not have been treated with such kid gloves.I heard on NPR this morning that some of the emails reviewed by the State Department IG were from either the CIA or the NSA. Wouldn't any federal employee reasonably assume that anything from these intelligence agencies involve classified data? They're not exchanging recipes.
