Since when? A long, long time ago pal. I evacuated from that state and moved west five years ago because I got tired of paying for the corruption.

I am working on my own evacuation plan. NJ is easily the most corrupt state in the union.
Look for the popular (and illegal) Torricelli- Lautenberg switch if Menendez continues to drop. There are different rules for Dems and Republicans here.
