Stamp Act - I had no idea the price of a first class stamp is
going up from 37 cents to 39 cents until the cashier at Stop & Shop told me today. Get all your mail out the door by January 8th, when the hike goes into effect. This has been a public service announcement.

I had no idea, either. There were no notices in the post office and nothing on their web site.

This has been reported in the news several times since early December. Turn off FoxNews and pick up a damn newspaper.
How did that whole War on Christmas turn out, anyway? Did I win?
I read other news sources. Why just last week, I read a scary story on Kos about a guy visited to two Homeland Security agents after he tried to check out Mao's Little Red Book. It was scary!
