Probably not – CNN asks: “Did Virginia execute an innocent man?” – “With less than two weeks left in Gov. Mark R. Warner's term, time is running out for him to arrange DNA testing that could determine whether Virginia sent an innocent man to the electric chair in 1992.” It's unclear how Warner's decision might affect his Presidential aspirations since the execution took place in a previous administration. There might be more danger if he allows the test and it comes up negative; this seems unlikely, however, based on the mountain of evidence.

If Warner is a humble man of Christ, he'll make a funny face and say in a squeaky voice, "Please don't kill me."

Or maybe he can set aside his pecan pie for later.
