Why is Chirac's approval rating falling to an all-time low a win for Bush, while BUSH'S approval rating simultaneously falling to an all-time low isn't a consideration?
How will Blair feel about his great victory when Gordon Brown is leading Labour, possibly in the next 12-18 months?
While Schroeder & Co. are "suffering loss after loss," where is the cavalcade of pro-Iraq/American victories that sets Schroeder's woes into such sharp relief?
