Kerry Vote Watch

The Senate didn’t take many floor votes in April and over the previous two weeks there were only nine votes taken over the course of four working days. Kerry missed them all. He won’t resign from his Senate seat (and allow Massachusetts true representation) because he’s gonna need that job back after November.
