Can you feel the enthusiasm? A continuing series

From the Minneapolis Star Tribune:

Minnesota Republicans pounced on a statement made Monday by Ken Martin, Kerry's Minnesota director, on Minnesota Public Radio. In explaining why personal appearances and grass-roots organizing are important for Kerry, Martin said that Kerry "is not the kind of guy that people see through the TV and feel compelled to go out and vote for."

From the WashPost:

His stump speech and delivery style often leave crowds wanting.

John Kerry: not so hot on TV or in person. So, essentially, the less people see of him, the more they like him.
