Comments disabled due to problems with Yaccs server.

Update: I apologize, I apologize, I apologize. The HTML code I removed at work seemed to fix the problem, but now I get an Internet Explorer error with my home dial-up through AOL. I can't win. Anybody know how to remove ALL the Yaccs comments code? It's not worth it right now seeing as I get about four comments a week.

I'll fix it from work tomorrow. Sorry again.
