Man with a blind Right eye hates the Left, a continuing series

In Florida, Shakespeare is being edited. A “state certified media specialist” will now certify which of Shakespeare’s novels (yes, he said novels) cannot be taught until the X-rated parts are redacted.

Beloved "free speech absolutist" Elon Musk has sued a nonprofit that track hate speech on Twitter.

"Free speech absolutist" Elon Musk throttled traffic to Facebook, Instagram, Substack, Bluesky, Reuters, the New York Times and other sites.

"Free speech absolutist" Elon Musk banned an ad that showed a Republican official interrupting a couple in their bedroom, then hid the ad from Twitter's search function so no one could successfully look for it.

A Georgia teacher was fired for reading a children's book about gender to her 5th grade class class.

In Ohio, a lawsuit asked the state Supreme Court to block an abortion rights measure from the November ballot, despite it having garnered the legal amount of signatures from the public.

In Virginia, a judge thwarted a Republican effort to limit book sales at Barnes & Noble.

An Arkansas judge blocked a Republican law that would have criminally charged librarians over their libraries' “harmful” material.

Idaho's anti-abortion law would jail college professors for mentioning abortion.

Idaho Republicans banned teenagers from testifying at a hearing.

A Florida Republican put forward a bill that would force bloggers to register with the state if they intended to write posts criticizing public officials.

Florida Governor and Trump kick toy Ron DeSantis has wasted more than $7 million in taxpayers' money (and counting) with his losing harassment suit against Disney for clashing with his "Parental Rights"/"Don't Say Gay" law.
Further costly lawsuits are being fought to defend laws and policies suppressing voter rights, prohibiting African-American studies, and banning drag shows, among other free speech violations... but imagine how crappy Meatball Ron's GOP primary numbers would be without his culture war puppet shows.
