Guess tomorrow's headline in the New York Times

Here's the Oregonian headline on the Molotov cocktail attack: "Two men arrested in McCain sign burning"

My NYT guess: "Men help Portland couple with fuel costs; provide free gasoline"

By the way, I can see this commenter was very concerned about the specter of political intolerance and the near-firebombing of a Portland home:

Doesn't the city of Portland have sign ordinance? If so, there might have been a much easier way to get rid of that eyesore.
'cause, you know, it was a big sign.

Pardon this off-topic post:

Out of curiosity, I just checked out some of the blog links you have listed on the side.

Um, are you aware that 'Balloon Juice' is a lefty-loon site? Full of pro-Obama, anti-McCain, and virulently hateful anti-Palin stuff.

Maybe you knew that, but just like giving your readers a taste of the dark side??????

Ah, bad signage inciting the passions of the typical, deep thinking Oregonian.

And people wonder why I want out of this nutty state.

Balloon Juice is nice enough to link me, and I think they're honest enough in their Left wing tilt, unlike most other Lefty sites that wallow in self-regard.

Besides, it's good to listen to the other side. Sometimes.
