Let me throw some more gasoline on this fire. There is a woman with a cell phone with this number. Her name IS Jenny! She did a commercial for one of the cell phone networks. She was in absolute glee that she could take her number from one network to another thanks to federal legislation.
I wonder if the lawyers for the two companies know this? I wonder if the Judge will be informed via a friend of the court brief?
