Here are the bottom 10 (lowest tax per capita):

41 – Oregon
42 – Georgia
43 – South Carolina
44 – Alabama
45 – Tennessee
46 – Missouri
47 – Colorado
48 – New Hampshire
49 – Texas
50 – South Dakota
