Sorry not sorry

The Hill: "State Dept. turns up thousands of emails from top Clinton aide."  There was a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed last year and the State Department said they couldn't find anything.  But now they've uncovered 17,855 emails that fall under the request.  Here's the State Department's explanation:
The State Department did not explain the reversal in the court document, nor did it return a request for comment.
