Associated Press: "
Delaware health exchange gets first enrollee." As Delaware's native son Joe Biden would say: "
It's a big deal!" The First State's first enrollee, by the way, doesn't exactly fit the profile of a "young invincible" that's needed to keep this scheme afloat.

Phew! That was close. Just 122 days before the deadline!
Healthcare exchange web traffic is down 88% so there was a window.

If the government can create fake people to bolster its case for government healthcare *before* ACA/Obamacare was implemented (the fictitious lady Jenny or whatever), why doesn't the government make fictitious people to bolster ACA/Obamacare's image after it's implemented? I mean, it's real simple; cook up some stats, find some stock photos, make a Facebook page, issue a press release.
