Virginia pushes back against HCR - It's largely symbolic move but a lopsided vote in the Virginia House of Delegates today stipulated that the federal government can't force Virginians to purchase health insurance. Thirty-four other states are planning similar legislation.

Extra - Some interesting additional from Slate.

Last month, the Virginia House of Delegates passed a law banning companies from implanting microchips into workers or consumers. The bill's co-sponsor said he was concerned that these devices might be used to usher in "the Mark of the Beast" as described in the Book of Revelation. Now they've passed a "law" that won't survive judicial review from Simon, Randy and Paula. The Virginia House is truly making a difference.
