For at least two weeks now Blogger has been a royal piece of crap. Even w.bloggar, which is my preferred method of posting won't work with it half the time. This is, hands down, the poorest sustained Blogger performance since I began using it 3 years ago.”

You might want to switch to Haloscan for comments and trackbacks. The Haloscan comments window pops upmuch faster than the blogger comments window. Also, trackback is a very useful feature for linking to other sites. It is very painless to switch to Haloscan. I did it recently. You will lose your old comments, however.
