According to Bloomberg: "Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Izzat Ibrahim al-Duri, second in command to ousted Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, has been captured by U.S. forces in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk, a member of the Iraqi Governing Council said."

Dammit...nevermind: "Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, the former Saddam Hussein deputy suspected of leading the anti-U.S. attacks in Iraq, was not captured or killed in a recent military operation, a U.S. military source told Fox News."
