Here's at least one other person posting on John Kerry's blog wondering why the Senator claimed he voted "no" on the Medicare bill:
Did anyone catch the fact that Kerry stated that "he voted no" on the medicare bill. He stated this in Florida yesterday before thousands of people, not once, but at least 3 times that I counted. Of course, I realize he was against the bill. However, he did NOT vote at all.Followed by this, um, interesting clarification:
In the Senate you do not have to vote on a final bill in order to have voted for or against it. Sounds weird, but that is how the Senate works. Kerry voted no on the medicare bill.I see.....
