RETRACTION: Based on the Community Note below, it looks like L.A. and New Orleans did report their homicide data. I regret the error.
The FBI's data showing violent crime dropped last year relies on the idea that there was not a single reported homicide in Los Angeles or New Orleans last year. https://t.co/rgRvRemWyD pic.twitter.com/Vo3XBQxoZP

Los Angeles:
2022-23:
Murders down 17%
Shootings down 10%
Violent crimes down 3.2%
New Orleans:
2022-23:
Murders down 27%
Assaults down 16%
And looking forward to 2024's stats:
Los Angeles:
2023-24: Murders down 6%
New Orleans:
2023-24: Murders down 45% from 2023, armed robbery down 44%, shootings down 40%
On the other hand, I hear the murder rate among Ohio cats and dogs has never been worse.
The "debunking the fake crime stats" tweet that you reposted has been augmented with pertinent information. And therefore so has your repost.
Oops.
Stupid looking it up! The Daily Caller's Greg Price ain't got no time for that! He wants to scoff at the facts NOW!
It's the largest one-year drop in homicide in United States history. If you add in Los Angeles and New Orleans, the drop gets larger.
While every day, Trump says our country is being overwhelmed by murderous immigrants.
