At this event dubbed "remarks to the press," Dementia Joe read directly off his laminated binder, barely looking up, then bid a hasty retreat. It is so very rare when he has an unscripted event and when he does (like the CNN interview), it's a disaster.

I said 'I think it's a good question, I think there's a lot of electric current going through that water [sniff] but you know what I'd do if there was a shark? Or if you get electrocuted? I'll take electrocution every single time. I'm not getting near the shark. So we could end that we're gonna end it for boats. We're gonna end it for trucks."

Has anyone considered the possibility that Biden is actually reading his teleprompter perfectly, but his handlers are filling it with gibberish so they can make replacing him easier?
