Kerry Vote Watch

It’s become easy for me to calculate Kerry’s missed vote percentage in the 2nd session of the 108th Congress: 1.) just find out how many floor votes have been called and 2.) subtract 17, for those rare times he did show up to vote.

Kerry and the Boy Wonder failed to show up last week for arguably the most critical legislation on intelligence reform ever, the National Intelligence Reform Act of 2004.
