L.A....proved too much for the man

He couldn't make it!  "Outrage as Spencer Pratt is dumped from LA mayor’s race: ‘City is lost’."

I don't believe there were actual ballot shenanigans.  It's entirely possible that Democrat banked on mail-in ballots while Pratt did not.  That's pretty much the story of Trump's 2020 Presidential run.
