The best description I ever heard of Newsom was given by Senator John Kennedy: "When you scratch the surface of Gavin Newsom, all you get is more surface."
I forget where I saw it but somebody had a headline like "why is Newsom governor?" He takes no responsibility for anything and goes on a podcast in the middle of this crisis.
