Clown show PolitiFact doing what they do

Newsbusters: "PolitiFact Refuses To Give Rubio 'True' Rating For True Statement."

PolitiFact resorts to the classic "acksually" tactic whenever a Republican says something that is 100% true.

Politico:

“Former President Donald Trump’s campaign has found a new way to press for badly needed cash.

In a letter received by Republican digital vendors this week, the Trump campaign is asking for down-ballot candidates who use his name, image and likeness in fundraising appeals to give at least 5 percent of the proceeds to the campaign.

“Beginning tomorrow, we ask that all candidates and committees who choose to use President Trump’s name, image, and likeness split a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC. This includes but is not limited to sending to the house file, prospecting vendors, and advertising,” Trump co-campaign managers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita wrote in the letter, which is dated April 15.

They add: “Any split that is higher than 5% will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump’s campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”

When it comes to GOP candidates being suddenly hit with a jump in mob-style "wet my beak" inflation, we rate this TRUE.

“Trump officials insisted that the purpose of the 5 percent request was not to raise money for themselves but rather to dissuade “scammers” from using Trump’s brand without his permission and diluting his ability to raise cash.”

We rate this aspect of the story PREPOSTEROUS RUBBISH THAT A NON-VIABLE FETUS IN TEXAS WOULD SEE THROUGH.

Save America, Republicans! Won't you give generously?

Or at least won't you buy some of that $DJT penny stock? It's a slightly sounder investment than Confederate currency!

Remember, every hard-earned dollar you throw away will go towards defeating Sleepy Joe Bi-- well, er, cough....

Donald Trump’s leadership PAC spent as much money as it took in last month, with his legal bills remaining a top expense as the former president grappled with the aftermath of losing a civil fraud case and prepared for the start of a historic criminal trial in a Manhattan court.

Save America, the political action committee that has underwritten much of Trump’s legal expenses, spent nearly $3.7 million on legal-related expenses in March – nearly $3 out of every $4 it collected, according to a filing Saturday night with the Federal Election Commission. And the committee ended this month with an additional $886,000 in outstanding legal bills – most of which were owed to Robert & Robert, the firm that has represented Trump and his family in a business fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. That case ended in February with a staggering $355 million judgment against him, not counting interest.

Speaking of Letitia James and the staggering $355 million judgment against Trump, yesterday AG James asked a court to void the bond Trump put up because it doesn't come with sufficient money to back it. James has already filed the judgements that will allow her to start seizing Trump's properties. Only a valid bond would prevent her from doing so.
