The video is pretty sad. Biden can't even make common conversational banter without looking down at his cheat sheets. I think we've seen the last press conference with Dementia Joe, at least a press conference where he doesn't get the questions in advance.

In 2018, President Trump needed handwritten conversational notes that said "I HEAR YOU" when he met with and pretended to care about the victims of school shootings.
