Books containing “sexually explicit” content — including depictions of sexual or gender identity — would be banned from North Dakota public libraries under legislation that state lawmakers began considering Tuesday.
Must be those hateful Democratic state lawmakers. It's their brand.

In the above bill, librarians could be imprisoned for up to 30 days if a North Dakotan is permitted free access to a gender identity book.
Oooh, those free speech-criminalizing Democrats!
