Portland continued to have its protests last night, after the Trump Gestapo had been removed. Oddly, for the first time in a while, there was no violence.
DEMONSTRATOR: "I am the real deal - the prototype of a peaceful protester! I am an unmoving mountain of righteousness! I exempt myself from any so-called lawful orders to leave!"
[POLICE apply a little persuasion.]
DEMONSTRATOR: "Okay, okay, I'm outta here! My pompous self-righteousness wrote a check my body couldn't cash! But at least I can use an immature, non-peaceful gesture to cover my ignominious retreat!"
Licking Sean Hannity's balls may be an excellent hallucinogen, but it's not the news. The Portland Police Bureau had been widely criticized for their violent response tactics before Trump said, "We can do more."
Say, how's the whole "law and order" election strategy going for you guys? Seen any improvement in Trump's national and battleground state polls? Are they up by 5%? 10%? More? And how about that Senate!
But there *isn't* always someone doing that. Especially not now in Portland. Haven't you not-seen the not-violence on the not-news this week?
Point to this Trump-Biden polling average chart and find the spot where the Trump/Barr "LAW AND ORDER!" policy really started turning the election around.
I see you're having the same difficulty with the 538 polling chart that President Cognitively J. There had with his "colorful Covid rectangles" chart on Axios.
A normal person would be ashamed to have their lack of persuasive ability so nakedly on display.
Your little habit of waiting patiently until a thread in which you've been utterly owned moves off the first page (in the case of this one, literally a couple of weeks!), so that you can safely "have the last word" (tee-hee!), is pathological and weak. It's also cowardly, and typically leftish.

Shakespeare would have said, "Hoist with their own woke petard."

It's just this video, over and over.

And we don't need to speculate about what Shakespeare would have said.
“Think’st thou that duty shall have dread to speak when power to flattery bows? To plainness honor’s bound when majesty falls to folly.”
The best part was that the pandering, simpering, virtue-signalling "thumbs up" was the actual cause of the attack on their apartment.
The second best was the mix of betrayal and anger in the plaintive cry of "We're on your side!"
"You mean, vicariously enjoying your violence against others doesn't give us immunity?"
Life, and stones, come at you fast.
Not as fast as November 3rd.
The video playing over and over...

Yet another violence-free night at the continuing Portland, Oregon protests. But why?
Those socialist radical Antifa Moms must all be recovering from torn biceps after throwing bricks and Molotov cocktails.
The one I feel sorriest for is the courthouse. With the federal riot squad gone, it must be reduced to ashes by now.
The Feds must have been secretly there causing the 50-some-odd days and nights of violence before they officially showed up.

Poor peaceful protesters. There's always someone else forcing them to intensify.

For context, on May 31 Biden's lead was 5.8%. The Washington tear gas attacks occurred on June 1. They not-worked.
History shows us that violent movements never peter out. Nor do cognitive abilities.
Your cognitive ability is a soft brown movement.
I see you're having the same difficulty with the 538 polling chart that President Cognitively J. There had with his "colorful Covid rectangles" chart on Axios.
Update: All quiet in Portland tonight, too, despite the continuing protests.
You know what is going to "peter out," though? Those illegal conditions of release in Oregon.
You have an interesting definition of "all quiet".
Or.
