Some of us amateur Constitutional advocates knew that Elizabeth Warren's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was unconstitutional since it was (apparently) unanswerable to both the Executive Branch and Congressional oversight. Guess what? A federal judge feels the same way.
This bob-and-weave should have been obvious if you saw Trey Gowdy try to get a straight "yes or no" answer from Elizabeth Warren:
