What does Harvard Law School have to say about the legislation? Does the Commerce Clause give Congress the power to make people eat spinach?

Whereas the guileless Charles Krauthammer is a blank slate who opposes Barack Obama only on the merits, on a case by case basis.
That's right: criticizing awful legislation in a detailed manner = politics. Probably racism too.
I see, Krauthammer's column isn't filthy politics, of all things. It's impartial medical research.
