Good question – Matt Hoy on Plame/Wilson: “Can the American people sue Valerie Plame for nepotism or theft of government funds for sending her husband to Niger on his famous junket?” More on the 16th-minute of fame lawsuit by Sister Toldjah.

Hasn't the NYT basically declared there can be no secrets in government?
Doesn't that mean that the Plame VS Cheney, et al case has no standing?
No, the NYT has not. Did Bush "basically declare there can be no secrets" when his people leaked Plame/false Iraqi WMD/cabinet shakeup/etc. stories to the devil Times?
Maybe Homeland Security could work up a color-coded system so we can tell the good kind of leaks from the treacherous fifth column ones.
I'm guessing Tim would choose red for the strong, proud leaks, and blue for those baaaad ones.
