New AP Poll: Bush leads 51% - 46% among likely voters but 51% - 43% among registered voters. This seems a little strange since the “likely voter” spread in most other polls has been greater than the “registered voter” spread, likely due to much greater enthusiasm among Bush supporters. President Bush’s job approval rating is at 52% or, as the AP notes: “[This] lifts him out of the danger zone for incumbents.”
Extra: Dave Wissing noticed this likely/registered flip-flop also.
