The 54% Approval rating is the highest for the President since April 26. In fact, his Approval has not exceeded 54% since John Kerry wrapped up the Democratic nomination on Super Tuesday.
Eighty-six percent (86%) of Republicans Approve of the way the President is performing his job. That view is shared by 26% of Democrats and 53% of unaffiliated voters.
