When I first heard about a single holdout in the Clancy case, I assumed it was Henry Fonda from "12 Angry Men" holding out against the rest of the jury for acquittal. Instead it was (reportedly) one guy who refused to let an admitted murderer walk.
I must be getting old. I just don't understand how these women (and they're all women) could actively and conspicuously support somebody who planned and murdered her own children. It's like a whole different universe. Something is broken in our society.
